Did you know that Women’s Health issues give rise to a large number of medical negligence claims?

The range of healthcare issues that women experience is broad. Unfortunately, adverse outcomes make up a large number of medical negligence claims. While it is unclear why so many medical negligence claims affect women, historically, medical research has been conducted in relation to men and has excluded women, meaning fewer details are known about how certain treatments impact women.

We are proud of our dynamic medical negligence team. Drawing on many years of experience in a wide range of complex claims, we have two solicitors with Specialist Accreditation in Personal Injury. This qualification is held by less than 5% of the profession in New South Wales and means that you are in good hands, backed by a successful team who are passionate about getting the best outcomes for our clients.
