Hayley Collins is a personal injury solicitor with a particular interest in Health Law and Medical Negligence having acted in the interests of clients in a broad range of matters, including emergency medicine, gynaecology, paediatric, oncology, plastic surgery, orthopaedic and psychiatric injury claims.
Hayley was admitted as a lawyer in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Newcastle. She worked as a paralegal for two years before becoming a specialist solicitor.
She strives to appreciate the unique ways in which each of her clients have been impacted by their injuries, whether that’s ongoing physical or emotional pain, inability to work, difficulty performing household tasks or raising children, or inability to pursue personal interests. In doing so, Hayley is able to ensure that her clients are properly compensated for their loss.
Hayley is supported by an expert team at The Law Office of Conrad Curry and looks forward to guiding our clients through the complexities of the legal process to get the rehabilitation, compensation and medical help they need to enable them to move forward in their lives.
My goal is not only to achieve positive financial outcomes for clients, but also to provide them with answers about what went wrong and bring about change in the healthcare system to protect their families, friends and community from similar wrongdoings.
