Madeleine Smith holds the position of Associate solicitor and specialises in personal injury, particularly work injuries, medical negligence and health law. Madeleine has practised extensively in personal injury since her admission in 2016, with experience in workers compensation, work injury damages, motor accidents, public liability and employment law.
Madeleine completed her Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Arts at the University of Newcastle in 2016 whilst working part-time in a radiology clinic as a Procedures Assistant for 5 years, which fostered an interest in the medical field and passion for patient care. Madeleine has gained experience working in rural firms on the Central Coast and Newcastle, and focused on helping the vulnerable and injured find a voice.
