Nicky was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2021 and since then has worked almost exclusively in health law, representing clients in a wide range of medical negligence and coronial matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Nursing.
Prior to becoming a solicitor Nicky practiced as a registered nurse across metropolitan, rural and remote areas. She now draws on her unique combination of clinical and legal expertise, bringing a deep understanding of medical practice, patient care, and hospital systems to every case. This background provides a distinct advantage in analysing complex medical records, understanding clinical decision-making, and advocating effectively for clients affected by medical negligence.
Nicky is committed to helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives with compassion, clarity, and determination. She acts in matters involving delayed diagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, medication mistakes, hospital negligence, and catastrophic injury claims.
Known for a meticulous approach and genuine client care, Nicky combines medical knowledge with strategic legal advocacy to pursue accountability and achieve meaningful and cost-effective outcomes for clients.
Nicky is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Society of NSW.
In her free time, Nicky enjoys spending time with her young family and dog at the beach, reading and knitting (albeit poorly).
