Casey joined the Law Office of Conrad Curry in 2023 as a solicitor practising alongside Conrad Curry in Wills and Estates.
Admitted as a lawyer in 2022, Casey brings a broad range of legal experience to her role. Before her admission, she spent many years working as a legal assistant and paralegal across a variety of practice areas while completing her law degree. This diverse experience provided her with a strong practical foundation and led her to pursue a career in Wills and Estates.
Casey assists clients with a wide range of estate matters, including preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian, as well as deceased estate administration and Family Provision Claims. She understands that estate disputes often arise during emotionally challenging times and is committed to providing practical, compassionate advice to help clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Casey is passionate about helping clients prepare for the many unforeseen moments of life by delivering efficient, reliable and personable legal services. She enjoys the variety and problem-solving that comes with practising in Wills and Estates and takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances. Known for her approachable manner, Casey explains the legal process in clear, straightforward terms, giving clients confidence and peace of mind as they plan for the future or resolve estate disputes.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with her two children and labrador at the park or the beach.
