Amanda Robinson / Senior Associate – Medical Negligence

LLB BCom GDLP

About Amanda

Amanda Robinson is a dedicated medical negligence solicitor committed to supporting clients who have suffered harm as a result of substandard clinical care and treatment. Admitted as a lawyer in 2010, she brings over 13 years of experience and a deep understanding of the complexities and sensitivities involved in medical negligence matters.

Amanda’s extensive background in personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle accident, workers compensation, public liability and medical negligence claims) underpins her considered and strategic approach to medical negligence matters. She provides clear, strategic advice and compassionate support at every stage of the legal process. She understands that the consequences of medical injury often extend well beyond physical harm — impacting emotional wellbeing, financial security and family life. She works diligently to secure outcomes that reflect the full extent of her clients’ losses.

A member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Newcastle Law Society, Amanda is committed to professional excellence and ongoing development. Her approach is thoughtful, thorough and client-centred, ensuring each person she represents feels informed, supported and confidently guided throughout their matter.

Outside of her practice, Amanda values time with her family and enjoys sharing life with her two children.
